|Recommended: NoI Am Getting Charged More — I'm reconsidering my lease renewal given my ongoing dissatisfaction with the living conditions here. Despite being a reliable tenant with timely rent payments and respectful behavior, I've experienced numerous issues. Some of these include witnessing drug usage by neighbors, trash fires caused by other tenants, unauthorized parties, Airbnb rentals, and instances of prostitution. There have been local shootings and our apartment has a cockroach infestation despite my efforts to maintain cleanliness. On top of these issues, my monthly rent is much higher than expected. My original lease stated a base rent of 2,164, but I'm currently being charged 2,600 in base rent plus additional fees, bringing my total to 3,300. Even with my lease ending this month, I'm charged an inexplicable extra 250 https www.apartments.com atlantic-station-atlanta-ga Renting market got better, this offer is really bad.

However, I will say that maybe the garage area needs more cleaning- even pressure washing the floors. Pet owners will let their pets utilize the garage as a bathroom.

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived in Atlantic Station for nearly 20 years and I’ve loved every minute of it. ATLofts are gonna give you the most BANG for your BUCK You get twice the space and all the convenience of the smaller units in the high rise buildings. Management and owners are great and will go the extra mile for a good tenant You can’t find a better city loft or home on the market. The only downside I can speak on is the HVAC units. They tend to have a lot of problems during the hotter months but they will come out immediately to service them. Bottom line…Move Here You won’t regret it

|Recommended: NoProperty Improvement 2020 Beyond — The ATL Loft community truly needs a touch of professionalism especially for residents who are loyal and have lived here for 5 years. The constant and significant increase in rental prices, randomly changing cost for appliances, the cost of parking for guest, lack of safety in unlocked gates doors, continual change of management has been unsettling to say the least. It is difficult to recommend any friends to ever live here when the friends are the ones you complain to about the constant challenges on the property. Moreover, the type of renters lack of property management lowers the property value, and because I have rented here, I no longer desire to even purchase a unit here. I hope that property management will take loyal resident's concerns seriously in the future and implement changes that grow a better clientele of renters.

|Recommended: NoI Think The Parking Is A Joke. — it cost me an extra 600 bc no one informed me of the 3 hour window u have to move furniture and not have to walk .25 miles to closest service elevator
