|Recommended: NoProperty Improvement 2020 Beyond — The ATL Loft community truly needs a touch of professionalism especially for residents who are loyal and have lived here for 5 years. The constant and significant increase in rental prices, randomly changing cost for appliances, the cost of parking for guest, lack of safety in unlocked gates doors, continual change of management has been unsettling to say the least. It is difficult to recommend any friends to ever live here when the friends are the ones you complain to about the constant challenges on the property. Moreover, the type of renters lack of property management lowers the property value, and because I have rented here, I no longer desire to even purchase a unit here. I hope that property management will take loyal resident's concerns seriously in the future and implement changes that grow a better clientele of renters.

|Recommended: YesIn love with the Unit — I love it here, love The energy love the near by social places, love the balcony and spiral staircase. Property manager Jenn Was perfect when moving me in. And provided me with everything needed to get comfortable. I wish to stay here a while
|Recommended: NoI think the parking is a joke. — it cost me an extra 600 bc no one informed me of the 3 hour window u have to move furniture and not have to walk .25 miles to closest service elevator

|Recommended: YesI love the space, perfect for one person and i got it for a great price — JENNIFER she helped me get the place and i couldn't thank her enough. even though i was going to be a first time renter at 24 with questionable credit she made it happen and gave me the opportunity to live in this great home. I cant believe i live here now
|Recommended: YesI have lived here for several years. It's a great value for ITP living Inside the Perimeter . The new manager is very responsive to resident needs and any issues are addressed quickly. The maintenance staff is also very quick to fix anything in your loft and the facilities manager is very nice as well . Besides regular City Living loud neighbors, noise, occasional mess in common areas etc. it's a great place to live. But these things come with city living. If you have an issue with city---you should move to the suburbs. Once you get to know your neighbors, everyone is respectful and it doesn't get too crazy. This neighborhood is very lively and has a lot of conveniences Publix, Target, Movies, Restaurants . You can call in and pick up orders for oysters, pad thai, burgers, ribs, shrimp and grits---whatever you like, and be back on your patio enjoying the day. One of my favorite parts is the seasonal fireworks and the parades I can see from my patio.
|Recommended: YesOmG this was the best experience ever and I don’t even live there. Pardon my lose of memory but I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that gave me the best tour viewing ever. He had me so sold, it was like I was with my best friend lol we even sat outside to catch energy. It was amazing. Highly recommended place, I can’t picture myself living anywhere else. I actually can’t wait to be apart of the Community Thank yu my Jewish friend🙌🏾
|Recommended: YesAmazing Area and Units — The Leasing staff was able to meet with me and work with me on a tight and ever changing schedule to show me the unit. Once decision was made, they provided all the docs and info ASAP and explain to me the process and when to except a decision. Once confirmed, they kept me up to date until the day I moved-in, which they greeted me and guided me on how best to move my personal items from the moving truck to the unit. Great team

|Recommended: YesLife at the Station — Its amazing living in a place that has everything you need all in one spot. You have shopping, bars, restaurants, movie theater, grocery etc.... The Atlofts have such a wide selection of floor plans that is makes picking your unit fun. I highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesFairly good — The surrounding area is very nice and the apartments are spacious, however the elevators are usually dirty, and the maintenance staff tends to be forgetful when it comes to requests. Other than that, this complex is amazing. Leasing office staff are very nice and helpful, and the amenities are great.

|Recommended: YesI scheduled an appointment on 8 26 2019 for 3 00. When I called no problem with getting a live person from office to answer. I was there 5 minutes early called them from call box she let me in no problem. I was shown 2 lofts. Management was EXCELLENT 100 customer service. No trash in the halls. I did not smell any POT smells at all. I am a business owner and when you read negative comments its someone that is posting because they are upset. Don't focus on negative review go see for yourself. What I will leave you with is intown living is what it is. If you want peace quiet go to the suburbs. This review is from Marie a 53 year old female. I crossed my T's and dotted my I's, so you do the same and judge for yourself. Can't always believe what you read But the lofts area is FABULOUS
